Dr. Chee-Onn Chow is an Associate professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Malaya. He earned his Doctorate of Engineering from Tokai University, Japan, in 2008. Dr. Chow has authored over 60 papers in reputable journals and conferences, completed more than 20 research projects funded by national and international organizations, and his research interests include communication networks, multimedia applications, machine learning and data analytics. He is a Senior Member of IEEE (US) and a registered Professional Engineer under the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
